Exhibitor InformationBooths will run $3,200 for VSF Members or SMPTE Sustaining Members or $3,800 for non-VSF Members or non-SMPTE Sustaining Members. The basic booth size will be 10’x10’. As in past years, exhibitor organizations renting full booths will be granted one complimentary Full conference registration per 100 square foot booth (a $650 value). This year, we will also be granting two complementary food and beverage passes for Exhibit booth personnel (a $350 value) for each 100 square foot booth. Please Note: All Additional Exhibit booth personnel food and beverage passes can be purchased for $175 per person, which allows them to participate in hospitality events only and not entry into conference sessions. Exhibit HoursThe Exhibition Area of the conference will be open 10:00am to 6:00pm on Monday, February 11, and Tuesday, February 12, and we’re offering booth exhibit placements. To warm things up for attendees, we’re also giving them a Sneak Preview of the Exhibition at Sunday night’s Welcome Reception, from 7:30-9 p.m. Further, on each day of the Exhibition, we’re inviting everyone into the Exhibit Area for afternoon refreshment hours on Monday and Tuesday with no conflicting sessions, to give you more time with potential clients, customers, and contacts!Exhibitor RegistrationPlease Note: All booth personnel will be required to register for either the Full Conference or the exhibitor food and beverage pass, as in past years. This does not apply for personnel that participate ONLY in booth setup and tear-down.Set-up and Break-DownAll booths must be set up on Sunday, February 10. Set-up begins at 11:00 am and must be completed by 6:00 pm in time for the Welcoming Reception. Booths must be torn down by 8:00 pm on Tuesday, February 12.
