Payment Terms
Invoices are dated as of the publication date and are payable within 30 days of invoice date in U.S. funds. If charges due publisher from agency for ads placed pursuant to this rate card are not paid promptly, the publisher may collect said charges from advertiser.
New Accounts
Credit references are required of all new accounts. Thirty-day terms will only be granted after credit has been checked and approved.
Publisher's Protective Clause
Advertisers and advertising agencies assume liability for all contents (including text, representation, and all illustrations) of advertisements printed, and also assume responsibility for any claims arising therefrom made against the publisher. Publisher reserves the right to mark advertisement on copy that readers might confuse with editorial content. Publisher reserves the right to reject any advertising that is not in keeping with the publication's standards.
Publisher is not liable for delays in delivery and/or nondelivery of any nature, or any condition beyond the control of publisher affecting production or delivery in any manner.
General
All advertising subject to approval.
Publisher does not accept package of advertising and editorial matter for contingency publication. All editorial material is referred to the editor for publication at editor's discretion.
Not responsible for errors in key number or other type set by publisher or for errors in the advertiser's index.
