Section Officers and Managers Resources

This area of the SMPTE website is designed to provide you with all of the information you need to efficiently run your section. Below you will find links to general information that is important to all Section Officers and Managers, as well as specific information for each Officer.

Section Quarterly Reports

All Quarterly Reports must be submitted to Headquarters at the end of each Quarter. Receipts must accompany your quarterly report. No deposits will be made to your Section account until your report is received.
Reports may be emailed to Sally-Ann D'Amato or faxed to 914-761-3115.

Fellow Nomination Form - Fellow Nominations can be submitted by members of the Board of Governors, Chairs of the Engineering Technology Committees, and Section Chairs

Secretary/Treasurer

Section Budget Form
Quarterly Financial Report Form - This form must be submitted to Headquarters before the next Quarter's budget allotment will be deposited to the Section bank account.
