The SMPTE Toronto section is proud to extend
this offer to prospective sponsors for our
upcoming
technical seminar:
BOOT
CAMP III: Advanced Technologies—Beyond HD
In
order to deliver the highest quality seminar to the marketplace, SMPTE
Toronto is offering a limited number of opportunities for sponsors to
support this event.
The
audience will be drawn from engineering,
operations and
management of the Canadian broadcast, film, and new media community.
The last event drew 250
attendees and we’re planning for more. Further event details
can be found at www.smptetoronto.org.
Available
Sponsorship levels are as follows:

$800
Includes: o
Logo
on our venue marketing, venue signage etc. o
Recognition
from podium. o Entitles
sponsor to provide promotional items (swag) for insertion into attendee
conference package*. (EXCLUDES any detailed product / marketing
materials.)

$1,200
Includes the above, plus: o One
(1) sponsor provided marketing / promotional item inserted into
attendee
conference package*. (INCLUDES any detailed product /marketing
materials). (Additional
items $100 each to a maximum of 5 items
per sponsor.)
·
$1,750
Includes the above, plus: o
Logo/name
on all advance marketing material and mailings. o Logos
on our SMPTE Toronto seminar website which link to vendor’s
site. (For 6 months
after the seminar.)
Special
limited opportunities:
·
$2000
– Use of lecture hall during lunch break (one day) by sponsor
for any purpose. (Approx 1 hour) ONLY 2 spots available.
· $3000
- $6000 - Conference bag sponsor – Sponsor company logo will
appear along with
the SMPTE logo on the conference bag provided to each attendee.
NOTE:
Any
interested parties may submit “premium” swag items
suitable for door-prize
draws.
How

are a limited number of opportunities available and we will give
preference on a first come first served basis. Please respond
