Notifications

Similar to the OLC, we will put notifications in place where it makes sense. We are mindful of not overwhelming a user’s inbox with too many emails. So far we plan to send notifications for file uploads and creations as well as for new ballots. Notifications are created by Microsoft Power Automate workflows. Microsoft Teams may send additional notifications e.g. for comments on action items. Below is an example for a notification triggered by a new ballot.
