Form quorum (Secretary)

One of the other responsibilities of a P-Member beside voting is the responsibility to form a quorum for TC plenaries. This is currently done by a roll call of the P-Member roster at the beginning of a meeting. TC chairs are using their own spreadsheet to calculate if quorum is achieved. 

SMPTE HQ is looking into providing a unified quorum calculation spreadsheet template. In addition, SMPTE HQ is looking into ways to improve the process by using Microsoft Forms to facilitate P-Member meeting attendance and with-it quorum calculation.
