O- and P-Member Eligibility (All Users)

The roster app uses aggregated status values based on past meeting attendance and vote participation to determine eligibility for a change of membership category (O- vs P-Member). This change is not made automatically. The aggregated status values will help a TC chair to determine if he/she should make that change.

Status	Definition
	Member has not attended the 3 most recent TC meetings
	Member has attended at least 1 of the last 3 TC meetings
	Member has not participated in the 4 most recent TC votes
	Member has participated in at least 1 of the most recent 4 TC votes
	Member has "Not Met" for both Meeting Attendance and Vote Participation
	Member is an O-Member and they attended the most recent TC meeting

Aggregated status values are representative of the currently stored records and are purely a suggestion for how a TC chair should take action. TC chairs must manually change a member’s membership category at their own discretion, regardless of any warning or change of status.
