Preparing Movie Soundtracks for the Home Environment, It’s Complicated!

Experiencing a movie in a theater with a state-of-the-art sound system can be incredibly immersive. However, how does the theatrical sound translate when watching the same movie at home? When you view a critically acclaimed, high-budget release from a major studio on your home theater, what considerations are made to ensure the best possible sonic experience for the wide range of home systems?

Our presenters will tell you the complex workflows that ensure high-quality sound deliveries for home viewing of movies.
