While HD and UHD production standards co-exist, the problem of efficient, high quality conversion
remains highly relevant. Complexity is compounded by potentially higher frame rates,
new colour spaces, and high dynamic range.
Come along to InSync to see how highly efficient, motion compensated conversion technology
is being extended to meet the new demands, and find out about new processing techniques
that keep the focus on delivering the best possible results to viewers at home.
Barry Flannaghan, a well-known expert in signal processing, founded InSync technology in 2003
focusing on development of highly efficient standards conversion hardware products
for the broadcast industry.
Paola Hobson has many years of experience in creation of software based image processing products
for mobile and broadcast applications
