Mark Horton BA MBA is responsible for Ericsson’s encoding portfolio. Previously Mark has managed a product portfolio that included standards converters, digital film colour correctors, composting systems, film scanners, and editing products. He started his career in live TV and post production, working as an editor, vision mixer and bloke who was sent out to get the beers for the band getting up to mischief in the edit suite.
Mark is an elected member of BAFTA, holds an MBA and BA and has a really powerful bass guitar amplification system which these days he finds himself telling his kids to turn down

from the junction head towards Reading on the A4 and turn left at the first junction ( Was a Roundabout)
and then sharp left again before the shopping complex sign posted for Pincents Manor
Follow the road around and upwards past the new Ikea and though a restriction
and at the top of the hill - you have to turn left into the car park.
