Learn about Sinclair Broadcast Group’s virtualized approach to content playout. SBG’s KidsCLICK, a free over-the-air animated children’s block available 7 days a week on broadcast TV, is operated and played out in the public cloud. SBG’s Don Roberts will detail the business benefits of the cloud-based deployment and how it breaks new ground in terms of scalability, flexibility and operational efficiency. The system’s core uses Imagine’s Versio Platform, a software-only, cloudnative, microservices-based playout solution. Dive deeper into the KidsCLICK architecture with Imagine’s Cassidy Phillips to learn how Imagine technology enables SBG. To ensure enterprise-grade connectivity critical to a cloud-based delivery system, LTN Global Communications provides managed and secure paths from the cloud to SBG affiliates. LTN’s Jonathan Stanton will unwrap the transport technology details and explain how LTN ties the solution together.
After the meeting presentations a tour of LTN will be provided along with demos.
