Ted Spruill, Vizrt Sales Manager-US Group Stations, joined Vizrt from NewTek. Ted’s in-depth industry experience includes 23 years with broadcast stations. During his 17-year tenure with Cox Media Group’s WFTV in Orlando, Ted was honored to receive several Emmy nominations and three Emmy Awards. His interest in broadcast workflows and technology led him to Avid Technology for 12 years on the cutting edge of the digital transformation. As part of the Vizrt team, Ted is active in the industry’s evolution on the forefront of Cloud migration and leading technology solutions. He is a member of SMPTE’s Florida Section. Ted’s broadcast industry experience and his passion for technology, creativity and serving others enables him to help his customers develop and fine-tune technology strategies and solutions for excellence and efficiency.
Jorge Dighero is a Sr. Solutions Architect focus on Live production, automation and Cloud centric workflows. He has more than 26 year of experience in the broadcasting industry having worked on the production, system integrator and the manufacturing side of the business, giving him a broad understanding of all facets of the design and implementation of a solution. Presently, he's leveraging and designing Cloud centric solutions for Live production. In this role he has designed an end to end Live production workflow leveraging the power of Vizrt software solutions. With Vizrt he has worked on projects for all major networks, Sports leagues and media organizations. His solution has already been deployed on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. He is also pursuing a career as an astronaut but based on the last 2020 astronaut selection from NASA he is going to have to wait a bit longer for that.
