With the end of the year approaching, we here at SMPTE want to wish you a Happy Holidays. This will be the final Sum-Up of the year, so we’ll you in 2026 for even more coverage of SMPTE events!
The Content Provenance and Authenticity (CPA) Study Group has a brand-new public survey! The survey’s goal is to identify gaps in current standards, explore interoperability with emerging technologies such as C2PA, and inform future SMPTE work that supports secure, verifiable, and trustworthy media production. It will also ask for user stories during the survey. Standards also wants the Society to check out our new and improved recently published document page.
The SMPTE Job Board has been updated!
