Conduct a Rollcall Vote (TC Chair)

Only the TC chairs have the ability to conduct a new Rollcall vote during an ongoing meeting when they enter the screen for past Rollcalls.

On the rollcall vote list, TC chairs will have a button called "New Rollcall Vote" on the navigation panel to start a new rollcall vote.

The form to create a rollcall vote contains a vote title, text for the motion, text for some additional notes, the P-Member who moved it, and the P-Member who seconded it. The asterisk indicates the field is required.

The rollcall vote form is a list of all the P-Members currently on the roster. There is a radio button of options for the vote for each member. A TC member should provide a vote in order to be considered for the quorum. Failure to have enough votes to reach a quorum will result in Not Present being displayed for the quorum. Upon completion of the rollcall vote, the Save & Complete button must be pressed to record the results. If there is an issue with a rollcall vote, please contact standards-support@smpte.org to get it resolved.
