How to submit your attendance for each TC meeting

All members attending a meeting can self-register once the meeting has started. TC members will be provided a link to the attendance recording screen of the app. The link will be either provided though a meeting invite to a meeting or via the calendar event in the TC or the Standards Community calendar. This link is also available on the view all attendance screen. 

TC members will be able to provide their affiliation on a per-meeting basis when they submit their attendance. Attendance is submitted by pressing the In-Person or Remote buttons below. If your attendance was recorded, a message will appear. The attendance window opens15 minutes before the start of the meeting and closes 15 minutes after the end of the pre-determined meeting time. If the meeting exceeds the allotted time, the attendance window will not change.

Please Note: TC members will not be able to change their attendance or affiliation after submitting. If there was an error with submission, the TC member must contact the TC chair to correct the issue.
