The Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers is proud to present the SMPTE UK Media Technology Conference 2022. Produced in partnership with the Broadcast Tech & Sport Group, this event will be held on 29 June at the iconic BFI Southbank in London.
The conference will feature two tracks. The first track will focus on Creative Technology, including Virtual Production, Cloud Technology for Production and Post, and Next-Generation Studio Pipeline. The second track will look at Technology Infrastructure, tackling thorny questions such as whether a Standards-based approach or a Proprietary one is best for practical IP studio builds, whether to choose Public Cloud or Private Virtual Infrastructure, and what really is the use of 5G for broadcasters?Register here
