He is now representing the Asia Pacific region on the global board of Governors at SMPTE with a desire to innovate, support and expand the positive impact of SMPTE in the region for education, members and industry transformation.

Currently he is Managing Director of Varda Creative Leadership where he is coaching, sharing his expertise, and nurturing skills through his writing and commissioned activities.

His broadcasting career started at the BBC in the UK as a radio studio manager and children’s TV producer. In Australia he was a promotions producer for the Seven Network, built online video for Fairfax Publishing and led interactive television for Foxtel.

He rounded out his career with time at Cognizant, Capgemini and Tech Mahindra as business and technology leader.
