*A SMPTE Small Business Corporate Member is defined as an organization that: 1. Meets at least one of the following criteria: a. Employs no more than 200 full-time employees globally b. Generates no more than $15 million USD in annual gross revenue. 2. Is an independent entity that is not majority-owned or controlled by a parent organization exceeding the above thresholds. Existing Small Business Corporate Members exceeding these thresholds may retain Small Business status for up to one (1) year following the qualification breach, after which they will need to transition to the appropriate Corporate Membership level.
