The SMPTE Washington DC Section and SBE Chapter 37 invite you to join us for our annual holiday party. We'll have an open bar 6:30-8:00 PM and heavy hors d'oeuvres. All members, colleagues, family, and guests are welcome!

Please register in advance so that we can provide an accurate headcount to the restaurant. Date: Wednesday, December 12th, 2023

Time: 6:30 - 9:30 PM

Directions: One block from WETA in Shirlington, VA

Parking: There are parking garages at both ends of the block. No metro nearby.

Registration:

1. SMPTE & AES members, media professionals, family and friends: $25 per person.
2. Vendors & Sponsors: $125, includes one guest.

We ask that all vendors attending please individually register as sponsors to help us defray the costs of the party. All sponsoring attendees will be recognized and thanked in our event signage.

This event has proven so successful in the past, we have decided not to reinvent the wheel. We invite any and all media professionals and support entities to celebrate, mingle, network, and share in the joyous holiday season with like-minded colleagues.
