    Public / Private Cloud is now a viable, robust solution for media processing including broadcast and OTT applications though real commercial deployments.  It is to present 4 to 5 different case studies that highlight the different video workflows – statmux, Channel Origination, Distribution 2.0, live OTT sport streaming, etc.

    Mr. Vincent Chan is Senior Director of Presales and Services in APAC of Harmonic Inc. Hong Kong. He has been in the broadcast industry for 25 years, focusing on Headend Compression and Delivery solution. He is going to go through the technology migration in the past 25 years such as Signal Digitalization, Signal compression, All IP infrastructure as well as rolling out of emerging technology of IPTV and OTT solution. And he will also show us some exciting information of the transformation from Appliance to Cloud technology, which gives us the benefits of flexibility and scalability as well as deployment cost control.
