Comprised of multiple acquisitions that include Yahoo, AOL, the Edgecast CDN and Uplink cloud encoding platform, Verizon Media is the OTT service and delivery division within Verizon.

Based in Dulles Virginia, Verizon Media Live Event Operations provides OTT event management to a wide range of clients.  While the Uplink platform allows clients to ingest, manage and distribute events on their own, LiveOps adds value to enterprise class broadcasters by bringing scale to their live content.  Publishing, on average, about 55,000 live events, in the last three years, the Dulles Virginia group is well versed in everything from concerts and music festivals to more than 76 types of sporting events worldwide.  Not only are we well versed in managing 20-30 ISO camera and production feeds for the Super Bowl but also manage Pop Warner Youth Football games.  Our staff is comprised of veteran broadcast personnel from all the top television networks due to the fact that our OTT workflows are quite similar to legacy broadcast control room environments.
