SMPTE Summer Picnic

Description

SMPTE Summer Picnic Join your fellow SMPTE Hollywood Section members for a fun-filled afternoon at our SMPTE Hollywood Section Summer Picnic on Saturday, July 11, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Brace Canyon Park – Picnic Area 2 (2901 Haven Way, Burbank). Come relax, reconnect with industry friends and colleagues, and enjoy great food, music, games, and conversation in a beautiful outdoor setting. Whether you’ve been a longtime member or are new to SMPTE, this is a wonderful opportunity to spend time together outside of our regular meetings and events.   We’ll be providing food and non-alcoholic beverages, and everyone is encouraged to bring their favorite outdoor games or any additional food items they’d like to share with the group. Picnic tables will be available, but you’re welcome to bring your own comfortable chair if you prefer. There will be something for everyone, making it a perfect afternoon to enjoy with your SMPTE community.   Please register in advance so we can get an accurate headcount and ensure we bring plenty of food and refreshments for everyone. We look forward to seeing you, your industry friends, and your family for a memorable afternoon of fun, laughter, and great company!
