Mirriam Webster defines “Confabulation” as “to talk informally”, “to hold a discussion”, “to fill in gaps in memory by fabrication”.

Join SMPTE Washington DC Section for the return of our open Town Hall on Tuesday, August 29th 1500GMT, (8am PT, 11am ET, 1am (+1) Sydney). This will be a #zoom event open to anyone around the world interested in media in the cloud.

Our theme, “Cloud Confabulation” will feature panelists Paul Briscoe, Jamie Duemo, and Bruce Devlin, hosted by John Footen and moderated by Jonathan Solomon. This will be an interactive discussion with attendees - so bring your questions! Panelists will discuss topics such as cloud maturity, finances, AI, or redundancy.
