Through in-person and online panel discussions, sessions, and workshops, SMPTE will amplify the voices, insights, and foresight of industry leaders and change agents committed to exploring and expanding topics, conversations, and techniques that advance the power of effective color representation throughout the media and entertainment industry.

Description:  This session could include Animation; The Good, Bad, and Ugly (How to encourage Change)’ Increasing Number of DEI in this field to address unconscious biases in this field (better true representation to represent not only skin tones but culture, soul, and humanity); and capture real-life perspectives (bring in the full breadth and depth of this humanity). It should also incorporate something hands on (to increase fun and interest)
