Zandra Clarke, Warner Bros.
She serves as SMPTE’s 2026 Membership Director, bringing more than two decades of experience in broadcast transmission and live sports operations. Her career has focused on coordinating complex, high-visibility live event workflows where precision, redundancy, and real-time execution are critical. She has managed transmission logistics for national sports broadcasts, overseeing signal acquisition and multi-path distribution while aligning technical resources across engineering, network operations, and production teams. Her work spans contribution and distribution systems, remote production models, and evolving broadcast infrastructures, including satellite and fiber transmission environments. Operating in time-sensitive live production settings, she has supported cross-functional coordination to maintain reliability, signal integrity, and continuity of delivery across platforms. Her experience reflects a working knowledge of distribution architectures and operational frameworks that underpin large-scale sports and entertainment broadcasts. A SMPTE member since 2003, Zandra has served in multiple Section leadership roles, including Chairwoman, Secretary, and Treasurer, contributing to governance, member engagement, and local programming. She received the SMPTE Citation for Outstanding Service to the Society in recognition of her sustained leadership and operational contributions. In her role as Membership Director, she concentrates on strengthening Section alignment, expanding member participation, and supporting professional engagement across SMPTE’s global media technology community. Also as a member of the Board of Directors for the Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC), she helps guide the strategic direction of the international, nonprofit organization responsible for developing voluntary standards that shape the future of multimedia broadcasting. ATSC brings together leading organizations across the broadcast, motion picture, consumer electronics, computer, cable, satellite, semiconductor, and media technology industries to advance innovation and interoperability throughout the global media ecosystem. In this leadership role, she contribute to the advancement of ATSC 3.0, the next-generation television broadcasting standard, enabling transformative capabilities including Ultra HD (4K), immersive audio, advanced emergency alerting, interactive services, enhanced mobile reception, targeted content delivery, and IP-based broadcasting. Through collaboration with industry leaders, technology innovators, and policymakers, she help foster standards that accelerate the evolution of television and strengthen the future of broadcasting worldwide.
JIMMY FOURNIER, National Film Board of Canada
Jimmy Fournier was appointed Director General, Technologies at the NFB in 2022, after serving for eight years as Director, Research and Development, Engineering and Digital Platforms. More than 21 years earlier, he had joined the organization as an engineer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ). With extensive experience in the audiovisual sector, Jimmy Fournier has played a leading role in conceptualizing and operationalizing the NFB’s processes for digitizing, restoring, making accessible, and preserving its productions. More recently, he made a significant contribution to selecting and implementing the technologies used at the NFB’s new downtown Montreal head office and at the conservation and digitization facility in Saint-Laurent.
THOMAS HERITAGE
British Broadcasting Corp.
Tom is an engineer at BBC Research and Development, working on media formats, content delivery and automation with teams across the BBC and groups such as SMPTE and the EBU. He has worked extensively on preserving the BBC's historic television archive and ensuring the quality and compliance of new content through the design and adoption of MXF and IMF delivery specifications for SD, HD and UHD. Through collaborations with the AMWA and DPP his work established AS-11 compliance and certification activities on behalf of UK broadcasters and manufacturers, enabling the milestone transition from videotapes in 2014. Within SMPTE he has transformed and operated the technical metadata systems that underpin numerous SMPTE standards such as MXF and IMF, and chaired groups publishing extensions to IMF for advanced audio and data applications. He currently works on the design and adoption of data-driven, software-based media supply chains using BBC R&D's Time-Addressable Media principles.
HARVEY LANDY, NBC Universal
Harvey Landy is a media and entertainment technology leader with 35 years in the industry with 29 years at NBCUniversal, where he has held a range of Operations and Engineering roles spanning creative content creation, mastering, quality control, distribution, and advanced media innovation. As Director of Advanced Media Technology in the Office of the CTO, he leads cross-functional initiatives that modernize workflows, improve operational efficiency, and translate emerging technologies into practical solutions for premium content. Throughout his NBCUniversal career, Harvey has helped guide major industry transitions, from tape-based operations to file-based workflows, High Definition, Ultra High Definition, High Dynamic Range, and cloud-enabled media pipelines across multiple operational environments. A named inventor on multiple NBCUniversal patents, he has contributed to innovations in digital content integration and delivery, automated quality control, image colorization, and audio-channel identification. His industry engagement includes participation in the ACES Technical Advisory Committee, contributions to the IMF User Group, multiple SMPTE standards, and recognition through DEG’s EnTech Technology Innovation Award. Known for combining strategic vision with hands-on technical and operational depth, Harvey bridges engineering, operations, product, and business teams to advance the future of entertainment technology.
STEVE LLAMB, Deluxe
Steve LLamb is a senior technology and standards leader operating at the center of the global media standards ecosystem. His work focuses on the intersection of standards development, technology strategy, and real-world deployment across digital cinema, IMF, audio-visual systems, metadata, and emerging media technologies. As VP, Technology Standards & Solutions, Cinema Worldwide at Deluxe, he currently leads technology standards and solutions strategy, with responsibility spanning mastering, packaging, distribution, exhibition, security, and interoperability. Over the course of his career, he has played a key role in the development and large-scale rollout of digital cinema and IMF workflows, helping translate complex standards into operational systems used globally. This includes architecting and launching globally deployed mastering, packaging, and validation toolsets, and aligning processes across regions, partners, and studio clients. Across his roles, he is known for bridging technical rigor with consensus building, long-term strategy, and cross-organizational coordination. His work regularly involves aligning engineers, studios, manufacturers, exhibitors, and governance bodies, and translating complex technical issues into actionable guidance for executives, legal teams, and business leaders.
YUKIHIRO NISHIDA, NHK Corporation
Yukihiro Nishida, Ph.D., has dedicated over 40 years to pioneering advancements in broadcasting technology and international standardization. During his distinguished career at NHK Science & Technology Research Laboratories (STRL), Yukihiro led groundbreaking R&D and standardization initiatives globally. His technical expertise spans foundational media formats—including HDTV, UHDTV (featuring wide color gamut and high frame rates), and HDR-TV—as well as digital broadcasting systems and media quality assessment. A cornerstone of his legacy is his extensive leadership within the ITU-R, where he served two consecutive terms as Chairman of Study Group 6 (SG 6) from 2015 to 2023. In this role, he guided the development of numerous Recommendations and Reports integrating AI and immersive media into broadcasting. Notably, he made profound contributions to Recommendation ITU-R BT.2100 for HDR-TV, a landmark achievement recognized with the 75th Engineering, Science & Technology Emmy® Award. In Japan, he has long participated in the ITU Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications’ (MIC) Information and Communications Council, as well as the Broadcasting Technology Development Committee of the Association of Radio Industries and Businesses (ARIB). Since 2022, he has chaired the ARIB Standard Assembly.
C.V. RAO, Annapurna Studios Private Limited
Mr. CV Rao is the Chief Technology Officer at Annapurna Studios, one of India's leading film production studios. He holds a Postgraduate degree in Economics from SV University, Tirupati, and has further specialized in advanced film technologies throughout his career. Beginning as a Graphic Designer in advertising, Mr. Rao transitioned into film post-production, where he gained extensive expertise across the entire production pipeline before becoming General Manager of Post-Production. With a unique blend of technical excellence and strategic leadership, he has overseen the successful delivery of more than 500 films and contributed to landmark productions such as Baahubali and RRR. He has also received an international award for editing a short film. Mr. Rao has been instrumental in driving technological innovation at Annapurna Studios, leading the establishment of one of India's most advanced virtual production stages and the country's largest motion capture facility. Most recently, he spearheaded a partnership with Dolby to create India's exclusive grading and mastering facility dedicated to Dolby Cinema content. His vision, technical expertise, and commitment to innovation continue to position Annapurna Studios at the forefront of cinematic technology and filmmaking excellence.
ALLAN SCHOLLNICK, AJS Media
Allan is a business development consultant with over three decades of experience in post-production, distribution, and technical services in the entertainment industry. He runs his own company, AJS Media, Inc., and currently consults for The Hollywood Film Company on content management, preservation, and restoration — spanning physical, cloud, and AI-embedded workflows. Allan also drives organic growth across traditional media and entertainment while exploring new verticals like aerospace and automotive. Earlier in his career, he held executive roles at THX Ltd., DreamWorks SKG, Turner Broadcasting, and The Walt Disney Company, gaining deep insight into the entertainment industry's operational and technical landscape. Allan holds a B.S. in Global Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an A.A.S. in Communications, Television, and Film from Monroe Community College in Rochester, NY.

Marc Zorn is a cybersecurity and media production technologist with broad expertise across IT security, production workflows, color science, visual effects, post-production, digital cinema, and secure content delivery. An original author of the MPAA Security Best Practices, he has helped shape industry security standards while contributing to SMPTE, ASC, AMPAS/ACES, HPA, CDSA, CSA, IEEE, and USC’s Entertainment Technology Center. Marc recently completed his second term as Chair of the SMPTE Hollywood Section, co-chaired the 2024 SMPTE Media Technology Summit, and chairs the 2025 event. He is also an educator, speaker, certified security professional, and FAA-certified pilot and drone operator.
