Create, Update, Cancel Meetings

The SMPTE SKN uses Outlook to create, update or cancel meetings. While it is possible to schedule, update or cancel a meeting with your team through the Outlook online app it is also the most complex way to do it. We do recommend that you schedule, update or cancel meetings with your team in the Microsoft Teams online app using your SMPTE SKN account.

It is important that you are logged into the SMPTE SKN environment using your SMPTE assigned email (<member name>@m.smpte.org) and your log in credentials.

• We recommend that you schedule, update or cancel all meetings in the “Team Calendar” for the team you want to use for the meeting.
