SMPTE Showcases AI, Open Media Workflows and Industry Education at IBC2026

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. — Aug. 12, 2026 — SMPTE, the home of media professionals, technologists and engineers, today announced a program of expert-led sessions, professional workshops and networking events for IBC2026, delivering practical guidance on AI, open-source media workflows, cloud infrastructure and other technologies shaping the future of content creation and delivery. Show attendees will find SMPTE in the IBC2026 Owner Pavilion, along with the other leading international bodies behind IBC, located in the RAI Hall 8 Lobby, as well as at Stand 7.P14.
